Our air separation columns are fabricated with the high grade cryogenic stainless steel. The columns are welded with argon, which is known for its precision and neatness. The plants come in different sizes and capacities ranging from 20m3/hr to 1000m3/hr. The purity of oxygen and nitrogen generated is 99.7% and 99.9% respectively. Fabrication of plant machinery is undertaken in complete compliance with internationally approved standards.
Air separation plants are fitted with digital display control panel through which a single operator can run the machinery sitting in a control room. If purity of the gases drops the plant is automatically shut down. There is also an option for sounding an alarm if purity drops.
