Product Details
Hangzhou Sunshine Gas manufactures and supplies pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen plants used extensively for generating oxygen for medical and industrial applications. In this process the atmospheric air is passed through molecular sieve made up of zeolite membranes with large surface area where nitrogen is absorbed in the sieve while oxygen is allowed to pass through and is concentrated to specified purity level.
PSA plant is made up of various components —air compressor, dryer, dual separation chambers, a reservoir, and controls.
PSA plants are fabricated and designed to process atmospheric air at scale with output capacity ranging from 20m3/hr to 200m3/hr. The plant can be equipped with a supplemental booster compressor and a cylinder filling manifold for compressing oxygen into cylinders or piping straight to wards. Moreover, there is ample scope for customizing the features of the plant as per the requirements of customers.Main Product Features
